Order Handling & Shipping
Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.
- Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 5-7 business working days

International Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Standard delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer ₹70 flat rate shipping to [list countries].
Free Shipping for purchase above ₹1000 only for prepaid orders.
Returns and Refunds
At PASSION INDULGE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
- If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
- For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
- PASSION INDULGE PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by PASSION INDULGE PRIVATE LIMITED.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
